进水口多功能曲面拦污设施研究

摘　　要：拦污设施是设置在水电站、引水闸、泵站等进水口处的重要装置,能起到拦截漂浮污物的作用,可以防止漂浮污物堵塞进水口、损坏机电设备,保障机组安全运行。为了解决栅前污物大量堆积、堵塞栅孔,研制的多功能曲面拦污设施,通过改变水流方向,分散污染物,可防止污物堵塞主拦污栅的栅孔,进而有效的防止进水口堵塞,提高过水率。The trash screening facilities are the important devices installed at water intakes of hydropower stations,diversion sluices and pumping stations,which can intercept floating trash and prevent them from blocking water intakes and damaging electromechanical equipment,ensure the safe operation of the unit.In order to solve the problem of trash piling up and blocking the hole of the main trash rack,a kind of multifunctional curved surface trash rack has been developed,that can effectively prevent the water inlet clogging and increase the water rate.
