摘  要:随着近年来某县经济的快速发展,城区框架不断扩大,为了某县城区段能达到50年一遇防洪标准,需要采取在上游新增控制性工程或加高、新建堤防等措施,因此采取上拦下疏的综合治理方案,在上游河道建设山区水库控泄洪水,减轻下游的防洪压力。某水库工程主要建筑物有大坝(主、副坝)溢洪道、输水洞等,溢洪道布置在距主坝约550m的右岸垭口处,轴线总长456.46m,闸室为实用堰结构型式。文章根据工程地质情况,通过泄水建筑物位置、布置比选,详细分析了水库溢洪道工程设计。With the rapid economic development of the county in recent years,the urban framework continues to expand.In order to meet the flood control standard of once in 50 years for the county seat,it is necessary to take comprehensive measures such as building new control projects,heightening or building new embankments in the upstream of the river.Building a reservoir on the upstream could control flood in mountainous area and reduce the pressure of flood control on the downstream.The main structures of the reservoir project include dams(main and auxiliary dams),spillway,water conveyance tunnel,etc..The spillway is arranged at the right bank about 550 m away from the main dam,with a total length of 456.46 m,and the sluice chamber is a practical weir.According to the engineering geology,the engineering design of the reservoir spillway is analyzed in detail through the comparison of the position and layout of the discharge structures.
