摘 要:为评价引桥空心梁的工作状态,模拟汽车吊在码头及引桥吊装换排架,汽车吊空载行驶时产生的荷载,对预制构件引桥空心梁进行单梁静载荷试验以及有限元理论分析计算。通过静载荷试验测试了单梁在不同荷载等级下各截面的挠度、应变,并结合有限元计算结果对比分析,检验空心梁质量是否满足设计要求。研究表明:引桥空心梁YKB1在最大荷载为240 kN时(120%荷载标准值)各测点应变和挠度基本可以恢复到初始位置,各测点应变和挠度相对残余变形分别在6%~9%、7%~15%,说明荷载为240 kN(120%)时,处于弹性工作状态,各测点应变和挠度校验系数分别在0.75-0.81、0.66-0.88,表明引桥空心梁YKB1能满足标准荷载为200 kN(100%荷载标准值)作用要求,且具有一定的安全储备。To evaluate the working condition of the hollow beam of the approach bridge,a single beam static load test and finite element theoretical analysis and calculation were conducted on the prefabricated hollow beam of approach bridge by simulating the load generated by the crane during the lifting and replacement of the framed bent at the dock and approach bridge,and the load of unloaded crane in driving.The deflection and strain of each section of a single beam under different load levels were tested through static load tests,and compared with finite element calculation results to verify whether the quality of the hollow beam meets the design requirements.Findings indicate that the strain and deflection of the hollow beam YKBl of the approach bridge can be basically restored to its initial position at a maximum load of 240 kN(120% load standard value),and the relative residual deformation of strain and deflection at each measuring point are between 6%-9% and 7%-15%,indicating that it is in an elastic working state at a load of 240 kN(120%).The strain and deflection verification coefficients at each measuring point are between 0.75-0.81 and 0.66-0.88,indicating that the hollow beam YKB1 of the approach bridge can meet the requirements of a standard load of 200 kN(100% load standard value)and has a certain safety reserve.
