摘 要:研究了不同橡胶颗粒品质、改性方法、掺量及粒径对橡胶混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响,诠释了“韧基锚固气囊”抗冲磨机理。研究结果表明:橡胶颗粒的掺入会提高混凝土的韧性;高品质外胎橡胶颗粒经过改性后才可发挥其优良的性能;橡胶颗粒掺量、粒径与橡胶混凝土的抗冲磨强度呈正相关性;NaOH+KH570复合改性方法能大幅度提高橡胶混凝土的抗压及抗冲磨强度;本文研发的橡胶混凝土具有更高的性价比。The study investigates the influence of diferent rubber particles quality,modification method,amount of rubber particles,and particle size on the abrasion-resistant performance of rubber concrete and explains the anti-abrasion and anti-erosion mechanism of the"Tough Base Anchoring Airbag".The research results indicate that:the incorporation of rubber particles could enhance the toughness of concrete;high-quality outer tire rubber particles can only exhibit their superior properties after modification;the amount and the size of rubber particles are positively correlated with the anti-abrasion and anti-erosion strength of rubber concrete;the NaOH+KH570 composite modification method can significantly improve the compressive strength and abrasion-resistant strength of rubber concrete;the rubber concrete introduced in this paper offers a higher cost-performance ratio.
