摘  要:钢管砼结构体系即CFST结构,具有原材料易采购、钢构件可工厂批量化生产、安装简易且技术成熟等优势。河钢浦项高强汽车板项目采用S-CFST实心钢管砼施工工艺。文章针对施工应用过程中的一些重难点及关键环节进行全面分析,基于实心钢管砼构件在施工实践方面做到技术先进的同时保证质量和进度目标。河钢浦项高强汽车板项目在工期上同其他钢铁冶金项目同样紧迫,这就需要对实心钢管砼构件在制安和顶升砼3个实施阶段中存在的重难点问题进行分析,对施工实践中重难点问题进行优化创新,解决该结构在施工阶段存在的一些通用难题。The concrete filled steel tube structure system,CFST structure,has the advantages of easy procurement of raw materials,steel components can be mass-produced by factories,and has the advantages of easy installation and mature technology.The HBIS&POSCO adopts S-CFST solid concrete filled steel tube construction technology.This paper comprehensively analyzes some difficulties,key points and key links in the construction application process,and ensures the quality and progress of advanced technology based on the solid concrete filled steel tube component in the construction practice.HBIS&POSCO project is as urgent as other iron and steel metallurgy projects in the construction period,which requires the introduction of analysis of the key and difficult problems existing in the three implementation stages of solid concrete filled steel tube members in safety control and jacking concrete,optimization and innovation of the key and difficult problems in construction practice,to solve some general problems existing in the construction stage of this structure.
