摘　　要：在建筑行业迅速发展过程中,防水卷材在提升建筑质量、提高建筑施工效率方面发挥了重要作用。作为建筑工程中的关键组件,防水卷材质量对建筑物的耐久性和安全性具有重要影响。文章针对几种新型防水材料,如高分子合成防水材料、改性沥青防水材料以及自粘防水材料等进行性能比较,旨为建筑项目的材料选择提供更合理的参考依据。In the rapid development of the construction industry,waterproof rolling material plays an important role,which has positive significance for improving the quality of the building and improving the efficiency of the construction.As a key component in construction engineering,the quality of waterproof coil has an important influence on the durability and safety of buildings.This paper compares the performance of several new waterproof materials,such as polymer synthetic waterproof materials,modified asphalt waterproof materials and self-adhesive waterproof materials,hoping to provide a more reasonable reference for the selection of materials for construction projects.
