汽轮机排汽供热改造节能关键技术研究

摘  要:为提高汽轮机的供热效率,实现节能减排,文章采用低压缸零出力技术,对汽轮机组低压缸通流部分、排汽系统及控制系统进行优化改造,并分析了改造前后的性能变化。结果表明,汽轮机改造后显著提升了供热能力,降低了煤耗,改善了经济效益,并在环境保护方面具有显著成效,为推动热电联产系统的绿色发展提供了技术支持。In order to improve the heating efficiency of the steam turbine and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,the low-pressure cylinder zero output technology is adopted to optimize and transform the flow section,exhaust system,and control system of the low-pressure cylinder,and the performance changes before and after the transformation are analyzed.The results showed that the renovation significantly improved heating capacity,reduced coal consumption,improved economic benefits,and had significant effects on environmental protection,providing technical support for promoting the green development of cogeneration systems.
