摘　　要：文章基于环形复合材料无缝声衬的结构特征,开展了T型成型模具结构方案设计与制造、环形无缝结构预浸料铺放定位控制以及整体结构共胶接质量控制技术研究,并在典型环形结构上实现了制造验证。制造质量满足技术要求,验证了环形复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构一体成型技术的可行性,为发动机复合材料无缝声衬的制造提供了技术参考。Based on the structural characteristics of seamless acoustic lining of circular composite materials,a T-body forming mold structure scheme design and manufacturing,pre impregnated material placement and positioning control of circular seamless structure,and overall structure co bonding quality control technology research are carried out,and manufacturing verification is achieved on typical circular structures.The manufacturing quality meets the technical requirements,verifying the feasibility of the integrated forming technology of circular composite honeycomb sandwich structure,and providing technical reference for the manufacturing of seamless composite sound liners for engines.
