摘  要:DCS系统在发电厂广泛应用,它可以实现发电厂各个系统的实时监测和控制,极大地提高电厂的自动化水平。但随着发电机组容量越来越大,对“大集控”“全厂DCS”和“智慧电厂”等理念的实现,导致DCS控制系统组成越来越复杂,且各个子系统或域需相互级联。如果连接不规范,极易造成相互影响,甚至会引起网络风暴。现场和利时DCS单域网络切换试验,会引发其他级联域之间网络或设备故障,对此提出两种可行性解决方案。DCS system is widely used in power plant,it can realize the real-time monitoring and control of every system in power plant,and greatly improve the level of automation for power plant.But as the electric generator capacity increases,the realization of the concepts of“Large centralized control”,“Full-plant DCS”and“Smart power plant”,and so on,leads to more and more complex components of DCS control systems,and each subsystem or domain need each other cascade,if the connection is not standard,easy to cause mutual influence,and even cause a network storm.This field and Belgian DCS single-domain network switching test will cause network or equipment failure between other cascaded domains,and two feasible solutions are proposed.
