摘 要:铁路机车运行故障诊断与预测系统由表现层、数据层以及服务层构成,该系统使用MQTT服务器实现与机车相关设备通信,通过应用双曲交点算法以及深度卷积算法,实现对铁路机车牵引电机及牵引变流器故障问题的诊断预测。经测试,铁路机车运行故障诊断与预测系统能够稳定采集数据,响应时间保持在3s以内,能准确识别铁路机车运行过程中的故障问题,验证了其在实际应用中的可靠性。The railway locomotive fault diagnosis and prediction system consists of performance layer,data layer and service layer.The system uses MQTT server to realize communication with locomotive related equipment.By applying the hyperbolic intersection algorithm and deep convolution algorithm,the fault problem of railway locomotive traction motor and traction converter can be diagnosed and predicted.After testing,the fault diagnosis and prediction system of railway locomotive can collect data stably,and the response time is kept within 3s,which can accurately identify the fault problems in the operation process of railway locomotive,and prove its reliability in practical application.
