摘 要:传统的处理方法对废水中重金属离子的反应能力弱。文章提出基于铁氧化沉淀法的重金属废水处理技术。首先,对废水进行预处理,除去杂质,为后续处理废水中的重金属离子打下基础;然后,将适当的铁盐添加到预处理后的废水中,在废水中与重金属离子充分反应,形成不溶于水的铁氧体沉淀;最后,通过沉淀分离将生成的铁氧体沉淀与废水彻底分离,并将沉淀物进行脱水干燥处理。实验结果表明,利用铁氧化沉淀法在处理重金属废水时,废水中的重金属去除率较高。该方法能够有效去除废水中的重金属离子,从而达到理想的处理效果。Because of the weak reaction ability of traditional treatment methods to heavy metal ions in wastewater.In this paper,the treatment technology of heavy metal wastewater based on iron oxidation precipitation is proposed.Firstly,the wastewater is pretreated to remove impurities and lay a foundation for the subsequent treatment of heavy metal ions in the wastewater;then,the appropriate iron salt is added to the pre-treated waste water,and the heavy metal ions are fully reacted in the waste water to form the insoluble ferrite precipitation;finally,the resulting ferrite precipitate is completely separated from the wastewater by precipitation separation,and the precipitate is dehydrated and dried.The experimental results show that the removal rate of heavy metals in wastewater by iron oxidation precipitation is high,and the method can effectively remove heavy metal ions in wastewater,so as to achieve the ideal treatment effect.
