摘 要:斑蝥黄是一种广泛存在于自然界中的类胡萝卜素,尤其在蘑菇和藻类中含量较高,具有着色、抗氧化和抗炎等多种生物学功能,是饲料中常用的着色剂之一,然而目前关于斑蝥黄在动物生产中的应用研究综述相对较少。本文综述了斑蝥黄的来源、理化性质、吸收代谢、生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用,并且提出了当前斑蝥黄在家禽和水产动物方面的研究现状以及存在的问题,旨在为斑蝥黄在饲料添加剂领域的开发和应用提供参考。Canthaxanthin,a widely distributed carotenoid in nature,particularly abundant in mushrooms and algae,possesses multiple biological functions such as coloring,antioxidation,and anti-inflammation,making it one of the commonly used colorants in animal feed.However,relatively few comprehensive reviews have been conducted on the research of canthaxanthin in animal production.This paper summarizes the sources,physicochemical properties,absorption metabolism,physiological functions,and applications of canthaxanthin in animal production,reviewing the current status of research regarding canthaxanthin in poultry and aquatic animals,as well as identifying existing issues.The objective is to provide references for the development and application of canthaxanthin as a feed additive.
