摘  要:就巢行为是家禽繁殖过程中的关键环节。家禽的就巢行为已成为现代家禽业中影响繁殖的重要因素之一。因此,降低或消除就巢行为成为家禽育种的重要目标之一。深入了解家禽的就巢行为特征和影响因素,并通过调控这些因素以提高产蛋性能,对于家禽业的发展至关重要。下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG)可产生多种激素和神经递质,这些物质由中枢神经系统共同调节,从而控制家禽的就巢行为。本文综述了家禽就巢行为及其影响因素、调控方式的研究进展,旨在为有效控制家禽就巢行为提供参考。Broodiness represents a critical phase within the reproductive cycle of poultry.In the context of the modern poultry industry,broodiness has emerged as one of the prominent elements exerting an impact on reproductive efficiency.Consequently,the reduction or elimination of broodiness has been established as a significant objective in poultry breeding programs.A comprehensive and in-depth comprehension of the characteristics and determinants of poultry broodiness,along with the modulation of these factors to enhance egg-laying performance, is of paramount significance for advancing the poultry sector. The hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis can generate various hormones and neurotransmitters. These substances are coordinately regulated by the central nervous system, thereby governing the broodiness behavior in poultry. This review article summarizes the recent research findings, both domestically and internationally, regarding poultry broodiness, the influencing factors, and regulatory strategies, to provide a valuable reference for the efficacious management of poultry broodiness.
