摘  要:动物生殖活动的环境适应性对繁殖成功率和后代生存至关重要。季节性繁殖动物的生殖活动具有规律的周期,该周期与光周期的季节性同步。因此,动物会调整其生殖活动以确保后代出生在一年中资源最佳的季节。动物繁殖与下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG)关系密切。Kisspeptin和RFRP-3作为RF酰胺肽家族的2种下丘脑神经肽作用于动物繁殖轴,调控动物的季节性繁殖。本文综述了kisspeptin与RFRP-3对动物季节性繁殖的影响以及两者协同对动物季节性繁殖的调控作用,为揭示动物季节性繁殖的分子机制提供参考。Adaptation of animal reproduction to environmental changes is critical to reproductive success and offspring survival.Seasonal reproduction animals show regular cycles of reproductive activity and these cycles are synchronized with the seasonality of the photoperiod.Thus,animals alter their reproductive activities throughout the year to ensure that their progeny are born during the resourceful season.Animal reproduction is closely related to the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal(HPG)axis.Kisspeptin and RFRP-3,two hypothalamic neuropeptides of the RF amide peptide family,act on the reproductive axis to regulate seasonal reproduction in animals.In this paper,the effects of kisspeptin and RFRP-3 on the reproductive function of animals and their synergistic regulation of seasonal reproduction in animals were summarized,which will provide certain reference for unraveling the molecular mechanism of seasonal reproduction in animals.
