摘　　要：精液稀释液是精子在体外存活和保持受精能力的重要媒介。在鸡精液保存过程中,通过向稀释液中添加外源性物质可以有效减少鸡精子在保存过程中所受的结构和功能的损伤,降低氧化应激发生的概率,提升精子的抗氧化能力,延长精子的存活时间,提高优良种公鸡精液的使用效率。外源性添加物质主要有酶类、维生素类、氨基酸类、激素类、植物提取物类及其他化合物等。除了激素类外源性添加物质外,其他类别的外源性添加物质主要通过清除活性氧自由基、延缓脂质过氧化反应的发生、维持质膜完整性、减少氧化应激和损伤,以达到对鸡精子的保护作用;激素类外源性添加物质主要在提高精子在生殖道内的移动速度、使其更快的向受精部位移动、提升精子的受精率等方面发挥作用。本文就不同种类的外源性添加物质在鸡精液保存中的应用及其对精子的保护作用进行综述,以期在生产中为鸡精液稀释液的配制和使用提供一定的参考。Semen extenders is an important medium for sperm to survive and maintain fertility in vitro.In the preservation of rooster semen,after adding exogenous substances into the semen extenders,the structural and functional damage suffered by sperm could be effectively reduced,the probability of oxidative stress could de decreased,the antioxidant capacity of sperm could be improved,the survival time of sperm could be extended in vitro and the efficiency of excellent rooster semen use could be increased.Exogenous substances mainly included enzymes,vitamins,amino acids,hormones,plant extracts,and other compounds.In addition to hormones exogenous substances,the others exogenous substances mainly function as removing reactive oxygen species,delaying the reaction of lipid peroxidation,maintaining plasma membrane integrity,reducing oxidative stress and damage,to further achieve their protective roles in rooster semen preservation.Hormones exogenous substances mainly play roles in improving the moving speed of sperm in the reproductive tract,making it move to the fertilization site faster,and increasing the fertilization rate of rooster sperm,etc.Hence,this manuscript would review the application of different types of exogenous substances in rooster semen extenders and their protective effects on rooster sperm,which might provide some determinate references for the rooster semen extenders preparation and utilization in production.
