摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同形态锰对肉仔鸡血浆生化指标和肝脏抗氧化、免疫相关基因表达的影响。选取1日龄AA肉仔公鸡按平均体重随机分为对照组、硫酸锰组和中等螯合强度有机蛋白锰组(前期均添加锰110 mg/kg,后期添加锰80 mg/kg),试验周期为42 d。结果表明:与对照组和无机硫酸锰组相比,添加中等螯合强度蛋白锰降低了肉仔鸡血浆中尿酸(UA)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性(P<0.05);与对照组相比,2种锰源皆提高了肉仔鸡血浆中白蛋白(ALB)和白介素1β(IL-1β)含量及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)活性(P<0.05),降低了血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);与无机硫酸锰组相比,中等螯合强度蛋白锰提高了血浆MnSOD活性(P<0.05);并且提高了肉仔鸡肝脏MnSOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(Gpx4)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05),降低了肉仔鸡肝脏中IL-1β和核因子-κB-p65(NF-κB p65)的mRNA表达水平;与无机硫酸锰相比,中等螯合强度蛋白锰提高了MnSOD mRNA表达水平(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加无机硫酸锰或中等螯合强度蛋白锰显著改善了肉仔鸡某些血浆常规生化指标、血浆和肝脏抗氧化及免疫特性,但中等螯合强度蛋白锰的抗氧化效应及改善氨基酸利用的效应明显优于无机硫酸锰。The experiment was designed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of different forms of manganese on the plasma biochemical indexes and hepatic antioxidant and immune-related gene expression in broilers.1-day-old male AA broilers were selected and randomly divided into control,Mn sulfate(manganese sulfate)and Mn-prot M(medium chelating strength organic protein manganese)[110 mg Mn/kg(days 1-21)and 80 mg Mn/kg(days 22-42)]according to their average body weights,and the experimental period was 42 days.Compared with the control and Mn sulfate,Mn-prot M addition decreased(P<0.05)the uric acid content and lactate dehydrogenase activity in the plasma of broilers.Compared with the control,both manganese sources increased(P<0.05)plasma ALB and IL-1βlevels,total superoxide dismutase and manganese superoxide dismutase activities,and decreased(P<0.05)plasma malondialdehyde levels in broilers.And compared with the Mn sulfate,Mn-prot M increased(P<0.05)plasma manganese superoxide dismutase activity.In comparison with the control,both manganese sources increased(P<0.05)the mRNA expression levels of MnSOD,Gpx4 and IL-10,decreased(P<0.05)IL-1βand NF-κB p65 mRNA expression levels in the liver of broilers.Compared with Mn sulfate,Mn-prot M increased(P<0.05)MnSOD mRNA expression levels in the liver of broilers.In conclusion,dietary addition of Mn sulfate or Mn-prot M significantly improved some plasma routine biochemical indices,plasma and liver antioxidant and immune properties of broilers,but the antioxidant effect and the improvement of amino acid utilization of Mn-prot M were better than those of Mn sulfate.
