摘 要:以常温自干性有机硅树脂为基体树脂,通过添加改性后空心玻璃微珠以及其他无机填料,制备出一种轻质低密度耐高温隔热涂料,研究树脂的种类、不同偶联剂改性空心玻璃微珠、改性后空心玻璃微珠的用量和云母粉对涂料性能的影响。通过TG、FT-IR、烧蚀、导热系数测定和密度测定等方法对涂料的性能进行表征分析。研究结果表明:添加15%KH570改性的HGM-1、9%云母粉、适量的消泡剂、防沉剂和分散剂,实验制备的涂料密度达到0.38 g/cm^(3),导热系数达到0.058 [W/(m·K)],在600℃烧蚀下无鼓泡、无开裂现象。Using room temperature self-drying organosilicone resin as the base resin,a lightweight and low-density high-temperature resistant thermal insulation coating was prepared by adding modified hollow glass beads and other inorganic fillers.The effects of the resin type,different coupling agent modified hollow glass beads,the dosage of modified hollow glass beads and the amount of mica powder on the performance of the coating were studied.The performance of the coatings was characterized and analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis(TG),FT-IR,ablation,determining the thermal conductivity and density.The results showed that the density of the coating prepared by adding 15% KH570 modified HGM-1,9 % mica powder,appropriate amount of defoamer,anti-sinking agent and dispersant reached to 0.38 g/cm~3,and the thermal conductivity reached to0.058 [W/(m·K)],and there was no bulging and cracking phenomenon under the ablation at 600 ℃.
