摘　　要：文章介绍了油机工业股份有限公司生产的VTL-1600ATC立式CNC车床的自动化升级改造方案。改造的目的是配合公司产能升级,提高机床的生产效率和加工精度。具体改造措施包括增加高精度自定心动力卡盘、液压回转缸、在机自动测量系统及刀具自动测量系统等。改造后的机床能够实现工件自动上下料、自动装卡和自动测量,显著提升了生产效率和加工精度。为相关设备的改造提供参考和借鉴。This paper introduces the automatic upgrade and transformation plan of the VTL-1600ATC vertical CNC lathe produced by Oil Machine Industry Co.,Ltd.The purpose of this transformation is to match the company’s capacity upgrading and improve the production efficiency and machining accuracy of the machine tool.Specific transformation measures include adding high-precision self-centering power chucks,hydraulic rotary cylinders,in-machine automatic measurement systems,and tool automatic measurement systems,among others.The transformed machine tool can realize automatic loading and unloading of workpieces,automatic chucking,and automatic measurement,significantly improving production efficiency and machining accuracy.This paper also provides reference and reference for the transformation of related equipment in other companies.
