机动车前照灯检测仪的设计与应用分析

摘  要:利用模型仿真与实践探究方法进行了机动车前照灯检测仪的设计与应用分析,通过光学系统设计、软硬件设计分析,设计了机动车前照灯检测仪系统,并对系统性能与应用效果进行测试分析。通过研究得出结果,前照灯检测仪发光强度最大示值误差为2.01%;光轴偏移值最大示值误差达到+7mm/dam,光轴偏移值最大示值间差为+5mm/dam;自动跟踪测定时间最大值为9s,均符合设计标准。考虑机动车前照灯运行状态,对多种性能指标进行测试分析,进一步验证了理论研究成果的可靠性,对机动车前照灯检测具有一定的参考作用。In this study,model simulation and practical exploration methods are used to design and application analysis of vehicle headlight detector.Through optical system design,software and hardware design analysis,the vehicle headlight detector system is designed,and the performance and application effect of the system are tested and analyzed.The results show that the maximum error of the luminescence intensity of the headlamp detector is 2.01%.The maximum indication error of optical axis offset value is +7mm/dam,and the difference between the maximum indication values of optical axis offset value is +5mm/dam.The maximum time of automatic tracking is 9s,which meets the design standard.In the research,the running state of motor vehicle headlights is considered,and a variety of performance indicators are tested and analyzed,which further verifies the reliability of the theoretical research results and has a certain reference for the detection of motor vehicle headlights.
