载银钙钛矿LaFeO_(3)的制备及其光催化抗菌性能研究

摘  要:由于载银抗菌剂低毒、杀菌持久,对真菌和细菌有效,环境安全,已经获得了较广泛应用。采用取代和析出法制备Ag^(+)掺杂和Ag修饰的钙钛矿LaFeO_(3)(LFO),考察其抗菌性能,并通过X射线衍射(XRD),紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)、透射电镜(TEM)等考察其抗菌性能的构效关系,并提出可能的光催化抗菌机理。添加0.2%(摩尔分数)的Ag^(+)可以显著提升LaFeO_(3)抗菌剂在室温下对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能,Ag^(+)还原后得到的Ag金属修饰的LFO抗菌性能进一步增强,在规定接触时间内几乎能将大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌全部杀灭,抗菌效果均接近100%,说明Ag修饰的钙钛矿LFO具有良好的光催化抗菌效果。Silver-loaded antibacterial agents have been widely applied due to their low toxicity,long-lasting bactericidal effect,effectiveness against both fungi and bacteria and environmental safety.Ag^(+)doped and Ag-modified perovskite LaFeO_(3)(LFO)was prepared by substitution and exsolution methods,and its antibacterial properties were investigated.The structure-activity relationship of its antibacterial properties was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy(UV-VIS DRS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the possible antibacterial mechanism was proposed.The addition of 0.2%(molar fraction)of Ag^(+)can significantly improve the antibacterial performance of LaFeO_(3)antibacterial agent against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus at room temperature,and the antibacterial properties of Ag-modified LFO obtained after Ag^(+)reduction were further enhanced,and almost all Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were killed within the specified contact time,and the antibacterial effect was close to 100%,which showed that Ag-modified perovskite LFO had good photocatalytic antibacterial effect.
