MgO包覆SiO_(2)复合光阳极的制备及光电性能的研究

摘  要:采用旋涂法制备TiO_(2)薄膜光阳极、SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)复合薄膜光阳极,并通过浸泡法在SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)复合薄膜光阳极表面包覆一层Mg O薄膜,研究了染料敏化太阳能电池在Mg O包覆复合光阳极的情况下,SiO_(2)对TiO_(2)薄膜光阳极的调制改性作用和染料敏化太阳能电池光电性能的改变。研究结果表明,与未掺杂的TiO_(2)薄膜光阳极相比,利用纳米颗粒SiO_(2)粉末直接掺杂制备的复合薄膜光阳极,其吸光性能有明显提升;并通过Mg O核壳结构的引入,发现了具有MgO核壳结构的光阳极可以增大电池中的短路电流,使得染料敏化太阳能电池的光电转换效率大大提高,证明了SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)/MgO核壳结构的光阳极具有更好的光电转换性能。The modulation and modification of TiO_(2)thin film photoanode and the photoelectric properties of the dye-sensitized solar cell under the condition of MgO-coated composite photoanode were studied by spin coating method,and a layer of MgO film was coated on the surface of SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)composite film photoanode by immersion method.The results showed that compared with the undoped TiO_(2)thin film photoanode,the composite thin film photoanode prepared by direct doping of nanoparticle SiO_(2)powder had a significant improvement in light absorption performance.And through the introduction of MgO core-shell structure,it was found that photoanodes with MgO core-shell structure can increase the short-circuit current in the battery,greatly improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of dye sensitized solar cells,proving that SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)/MgO core-shell structure photoanodes had better photoelectric conversion performance.
