摘 要:为了提高废水监测数据的准确性,对采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定废水中总铬浓度的不确定度进行评定,分析影响不确定度的主要因素,并对方法优化进行探讨。依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1-2012)和《化学分析中测量不确定度评估指南》(RB/T 030-2020)的有关规定,分别对实验过程中影响不确定度的分量进行分析和计算。结果表明,当废水样品中总铬浓度为0.398 mg/L时,扩展不确定度为0.014 mg/L(k=2),测定结果表示为(0.398±0.014)mg/L。其中校准曲线对制备的不确定度贡献最大,通过优化制备方法,相对不确定度从0.017下降至0.013,能够有效降低测定结果的不确定度。该研究可为提高使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定废水中总铬浓度的准确性提供参考。In order to improve the accuracy of wastewater monitoring data,the uncertainty of measuring total chromium concentration in wastewater using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy was evaluated,the main factors affecting uncertainty were analyzed,and the optimization of the method was discussed.The components affecting the uncertainty in the experimental process were analysed and calculated respectively according to the relevant provisions of“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”(JJF 1059.1-2012)and“Guidance of quantifying measurement uncertainty in chemical analysis”(RB/T 030-2020).The results showed that when the total chromium concentration in the wastewater sample was 0.398 mg/L,the extended uncertainty was 0.014 mg/L(k=2),and the measurement result was expressed as(0.398±0.014)mg/L.The uncertainty of the preparation of the calibration curve had the biggest impact.By optimizing the preparation method,the relative uncertainty was reduced from 0.017 to 0.013,which can effectively reduce the uncertainty of the measurement results.This study can provide reference for improving the accuracy of using inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy to determine the total chromium concentration in wastewater.
