水中氨氮水杨酸分光光度法的不确定度评定

摘  要:采用水杨酸分光光度法测定养殖水中氨氮的含量,按标准建立本实验室方法验证,分析检测方法及方法操作过程中不确定度的来源,并对各不确定分项进行了评估分析。通过标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合和测定重复性等分量,对水样中的氨氮含量测定时影响分析结果的不确定度因素进行评定,结果表明,所测水样中氨氮含量为(0.757±0.068) mg/L,K=2,样品移取稀释过程不确定度及标准曲线拟合为影响不确定度的主要因素。The salicylic acid spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture water.This laboratory method was validated according to the standard,and the sources of uncertainty in the detection method and method operation process were analyzed.The various uncertain sub items were evaluated and analyzed.By preparing standard solutions,fitting standard curves,and measuring repeatability,the uncertainty factors affecting the analysis results of ammonia nitrogen content in water samples were evaluated.The results showed that the ammonia nitrogen content in the measured water sample was(0.757±0.068)mg/L,K=2,and the uncertainty of sample dilution process and standard curve fitting were the main factors affecting the uncertainty.
