摘　　要：利用气相聚合工艺成功开发出高强度包装树脂聚乙烯DFDA-2210,制备了聚乙烯薄膜,对聚乙烯薄膜耐撕裂性能进行测试并对测试结果进行了统计处理分析,采用夏皮洛-威尔克(Shapiro-Wilk)检验法和爱泼斯-普利(Epps-Pulley)检验法对结果数据进行了正态性检验,采用格拉布斯(Grubbs)检验法和狄克逊(Dixon)检验法对结果数据进行了离群值检验。结果显示,总体上聚乙烯薄膜耐撕裂性能测试结果数据符合正态分布,未通过正态性检验的结果数据(样品2的纵向耐撕裂性能结果)可能存在离群值,对检出的离群值进行了剔除处理,并对剔除离群值后的测试结果进行了再评价,再评价结果表明,样品2的纵向耐撕裂性能结果数据符合正态分布。High strength packaging resin polyethylene DFDA-2210 was successfully developed using gas-phase polymerization technology,and polyethylene film was prepared.The tear resistance of polyethylene film was tested,and the test results were statistically analyzed.The normality test was conducted using Shapiro Wilk test and Epps Pulley test,and the outlier test was conducted using Grubbs test and Dixon test.The results showed that the tear resistance test data of polyethylene film conformsed to a normal distribution.The data which did not pass the normality test(longitudinal tear resistance result of sample 2)may have outliers.The detected outliers were removed,and the test results after removing outliers were re-evaluated.The evaluation results showed that the longitudinal tear resistance result data of sample 2 conformsed to a normal distribution.
