摘 要:采用生物基丁二酸酯化得到的丁二酸二甲酯进行加氢制备1,4-丁二醇,对影响加氢催化剂活性的四个主要因素:催化剂硫中毒、催化剂积碳、催化剂烧结和含酸杂质破坏催化剂进行了研究。结果表明,微量含硫杂质在催化剂中滞留并影响催化剂活性的可能性较小,而酸含量偏高则容易导致催化剂活性和其本身物理强度降低,另外,在加氢过程中需要及时调整反应条件来减少酯化物形成造成催化剂积碳,以及避免催化剂连续高温运行造成催化剂烧结。1,4-butanediol was prepared by hydrogenation of dimethyl succinate obtained from the esterification of bio-based succinate.There were four main factors affecting the activity of hydrogenation catalyst:catalyst sulfur poisoning,catalyst carbon deposition,catalyst sintering and acid influence.The results showed that sulfur were less likely to remain in the catalyst and affect the catalyst activity,while high acid content will easily reduce the catalyst activity and its physical strength.In addition,during the hydrogenation process,reaction conditions needed to be adjusted in time to reduce catalyst carbon deposition caused by the formation of ester compounds,and to avoid catalyst sintering caused by continuous high-temperature operation of the catalyst.
