摘 要:调研文献发现,测定地表水中氨氮方式较多,但部分方法存在抗干扰性差,前处理复杂等缺点。本文选用纳氏试剂光度法、流动注射-水杨酸分光光度法,比较两种分析方法在不同干扰物质存在下不进行前处理低浓度水样的测试结果,研究存在干扰时测定水环境质量中氨氮准确、快捷的分析方法。结果表明,流动注射-水杨酸分光光度法不进行前处理时测定低浓度氨氮水样基本不受色度、钙离子浓度、硫化物浓度的影响,可以直接测量,而纳氏试剂光度法在同样的条件下抗干扰性较差。Research literature has found that there are many methods for measuring ammonia nitrogen in surface water,but some methods have disadvantages such as poor anti-interference ability and complex pretreatment.In the presence of different interfering substances,low concentration water samples without pretreatment were tested using Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry and flow injection salicylic acid spectrophotometry,and the results were analyzed.an accurate and fast analytical method for determining ammonia nitrogen in surface water in the pre sence of interference was explored.The results showed that the flow injection salicylic acid spectrophotometric method was not affected by chromaticity,calcium ion concentration or sulfide concentration when measuring low concentration ammonia nitrogen water samples without pretreatment,and could be directly measured.However,Nessler's reagent spectrophotometric method had poor anti-interference performance under the same conditions.
