摘 要:为推动燃油箱阻隔防爆材料的研究,研究分析了传统阻隔防爆的原理阐释、燃烧与爆炸的基本原理,深入阐明了阻燃防爆材料“蜂窝网孔结构”与其性能的关系:孔密度越高,紊乱度越大,自由基碰撞器壁的概率越高,自由基销毁的概率也就越大,就越有利于阻隔防爆性能的提升。提出了阻燃防爆材料进一步的研究方向,一方面是在增大孔隙率的基础上,增大孔表面比表面积,以增强自由基碰撞湮灭概率;另一方面是对孔表面进行极化处理,增强孔表面对自由基捕获湮灭的能力。For promoting the research of fuel tank barrier explosion-proof materials,the principle of traditional barrier explosion-proof,the basic principles of combustion and explosion were stndied and analyzed,and the relationship between the“honeycomb mesh structure”of flame retardant explosion-proof materials and their properties was deeply explained:the higher the pore density,the greater the disorder,the higher the probability of free radical collider wall,the greater the probability of free radical destruction,and the more conducive to the improvement of barrier explosion-proof performance.Further research directions of flame retardant and explosion-proof materials were proposed.On one hand,on the basis of increasing the porosity,the specific surface area of the pore surface was increased to enhance the probability of free radical collision annihilation.On the other hand,the surface of the pore was polarized to enhance the ability of the pore surface to capture and annihilate free radicals.
