摘  要:蒸汽管道是化工厂重要的供热管线,其柔性设计是保障其安全稳定运行的关键环节,尤其在高温高压工况下,热应力累积、设备接口附加载荷及振动问题可能引发管道失效风险,对于生产造成重大损失,因此蒸汽管道的柔性设计尤为重要。本文拟通过比较为某化工厂蒸汽管道加设π形补偿器或旋转补偿器等方式,结合CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件进行模型应力分析,比较两种管线柔性设计方案的优缺点,为化工厂蒸汽管道柔性设计方案的选择提供科学依据。Steam pipelines are critical heat supply pipelines in chemical plants,and their flexible design is essential to ensure safe and stable operation.Under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions,risks such as thermal stress accumulation,additional loads on equipment interfaces,and vibration issues may lead to pipeline failure,causing significant production losses.Therefore,the flexible design of steam pipelines is particularly crucial.Aiming to compare the advantages and disadvantages of two flexible design schemes for steam pipelines in a chemical plant:installingπ-shaped compensators or rotary compensators,by leveraging the CAESAR II pipeline stress analysis software,model-based stress analysis was conducted to evaluate the two design approaches.The results provided a scientific basis for selecting optimal flexible design solutions for steam pipelines in chemical plants.
