摘　　要：现场仪表作为石油化工装置自控运行的基础部件,重要作用不言而喻。现场仪表合适的选用、正确的安装、稳定地运行,是保证工艺、设备参数正常检测显示和控制对象正常操作的重要前提。通过对某公司150万t芳烃联合装置在建设及转生产期间,装置现场仪表在施工安装和投产投用方面的一些主要问题进行概述和分析,总结出相关处理经验并对一些典型问题提出优化建议,有助于提升同类型石化装置现场仪表的施工优化和投用顺利。The important role of on-site instruments as the basic components for the automatic operation of petrochemical plants is self-evident.The appropriate selection,correct installation,and stable operation of on-site instruments are important prerequisites for ensuring the normal detection and display of process and equipment parameters,as well as the normal operation of control objects.By summarizing and analyzing some of the main issues related to the construction,installation,and commissioning of on-site instruments in a 1.5 million ton aromatic hydrocarbon complex of a certain company during the construction and production period,relevant handling experience was summarized,and optimization suggestions were proposed for some typical problems,which will help improve the construction optimization and commissioning of on-site instruments in similar petrochemical plants.
