摘  要:采用全生命周期评估方法,对典型石化精炼设施从原油勘探、提炼、消费至最终进入自然循环的全过程进行了详尽的定量分析,全面探讨了石化工业在炼制及化工环节中对环境造成的影响。研究结果表明,主要的环境污染源集中于加剧淡水生态毒性和推动全球气候变暖;其次是悬浮颗粒物的排放、臭氧层的损耗、对人体健康的威胁、光化学烟雾的生成、土壤酸化以及淡水生态系统的毒性效应;而土壤生态毒性与化石能源的枯竭对环境的负面影响相对较轻。基于研究结论,为我国石化行业的炼制及化工工艺提出了节能减排与可持续发展的对策及发展蓝图:加速推进石化行业的能效技术升级;加强对二氧化碳回收与利用技术的研发;推动新能源技术的革新与广泛应用。Using the whole life cycle assessment method,the whole process of typical petrochemical refining facilities from crude oil exploration,refining,consumption to finally entering the natural cycle was quantitatively analyzed in detail,and the impact of petrochemical industry on the environment in the refining and chemical process was comprehensively discussed.The results showed that the main environmental pollution sources were concentrated in aggravating the ecological toxicity of freshwater and promoting global warming.The second was the emission of suspended particulate matter,the depletion of ozone layer,the threat to human health,the generation of photochemical smog,soil acidification,and the toxic effects of freshwater ecosystems.The negative effects of soil ecotoxicity and fossil energy depletion on the environment were relatively light.Based on the research conclusions,countermeasures and blueprints for energy conservation,emission reduction and sustainable development of refining and chemical processes in China's petrochemical industry were put forward:accelerating the upgrading of energy efficiency technology in the petrochemical industry,strengthen the research and development of carbon dioxide recovery and utilization technology,promote the innovation and wide application of new energy technologies.
