摘  要:绝大多数油气开发中的固井工况条件要求油井水泥外加剂具有抗温、抗盐能力。2-丙烯酰胺基-2甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)是油井水泥外加剂的抗温、抗盐功能单体。AMPS类油井水泥降失水剂,在油田固井水泥浆高温、高碱性条件下常出水泥浆热稀释效应失稳、稠化时间倒挂或超缓凝、“鼓包”或“走台阶”或“包心”等稠化曲线异常现象,影响工程施工安全和固井质量。本文从化学微观层面就AMPS类油井水泥降失水剂产生水泥浆性能异常的原因进行深入分析,开发出了一种针对性的调节剂TC-18,消除了AMPS类油井水泥降失水剂水泥浆体系的性能异常现象。相关分析和原理对降失水剂分子结构设计和AMPS类油井水泥降失水剂的应用有指导意义。The majority of cementing conditions in oil and gas development require oil well cement additives to have temperature and salt resistance.2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS)is a temperature and salt resistant functional monomer for oil well cement additives.AMPS type oil well cement loss control agents often exhibit abnormal thickening curves,such as unstable thermal dilution effect of cement slurry,inverted or super delayed thickening time,“bulging”or“stepping”or“wrapping”under high temperature and high alkaline conditions in oilfield cementing,which affects the safety of engineering construction and cementing quality.An in-depth analysis of the reasons was conducted for the abnormal performance of cement slurry produced by AMPS type oil well cement loss reducer from the chemical microscopic level,and a targeted regulator TC-18 to eliminate the abnormal performance of AMPS type oil well cement loss reducer cement slurry system was developed.The relevant analysis and principles had guiding significance for the molecular structure design of fluid loss agents and the application of AMPS type oil well cement fluid loss agents.
