辽东湾海上油田三嗪脱硫剂溶剂体系选择

摘  要:针对三嗪类脱硫剂不适用渤海辽东湾冬季低温环境的情况,以甲醇、乙二醇、水为溶剂,从脱硫剂凝点、流动性、水解特性三方面,探究适用现场环境的脱硫剂溶剂体系。实验结果表明:以40%甲醇, 20%乙二醇, 40%三嗪配制的脱硫剂BHCL-009、以60%甲醇, 40%三嗪配制的脱硫剂BHCL-010能够同时满足凝点低于-25℃,流动性好,且常温存放4个月内,脱硫效率衰减不超过2%的要求。2022年冬季,在辽东湾某海上油田开展脱硫剂BHCL-010现场应用试验,证实新溶剂体系满足现场室外药剂流动性要求,且经长期存储药剂脱硫效果未出现衰减。因此,新溶剂体系适用于三嗪类脱硫剂长期存储要求,有效解决了三嗪类脱硫剂在辽东湾海上油田推广的技术难题。In view of the fact that triazine desulfurizers ere not suitable for the low temperature environment in Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea in winter,the solvent system of desulfurizers suitable for the field environment was explored from three aspects:solidification point,fluidity and hydrolysis characteristics of desulfurizers,with methanol,ethylene glycol and water as solvents.The experimental results showed that the desulfurizer BHCL-009 prepared with 40%methanol,20%ethylene glycol and 40%triazine,and the desulfurizer BHCL-010 prepared with 60%methanol and 40%triazine can meet the requirements that the solidification point was below-25℃and the desulfurization efficiency declines less than 2%when stored at room temperature for 4 months.In winter 2022,field application test of desulfurizer BHCL-010 was carried out in an offshore oilfield in Liaodong Bay,and it was confirmed that the new solvent system met the requirements of outdoor fluidity of the reagent,and the desulfurization effect of the reagent did not decay after long-term storage.Therefore,the new solvent system was suitable for the long-term storage requirements of triazine desulfurizer,and effectively solved the technical problems of the promotion of triazine desulfurizer in the offshore oilfield in Liaodong Bay.
