摘  要:随着原料油性质劣质化影响,为适应时代需求,优化产品结构,增加高附加值产品产量,提升装置运行效益,灵活调整催化剂性能改善产品分布已成为炼油行业主流。基于重油原料的催化裂解反应特点,上海纳科助剂有限公司开发了增产汽油专用催化剂DCA-100D,并在扬州石化MCP装置上进行了工业应用,试用结果表明:以江苏油田的常压渣油为原料,与空白标定相比,汽油收率为34.61%,最高达36%以上,丙烯收率为13.73%,分别增加0.64%、 0.19%,柴油收率降低0.52%,汽油中烯烃的体积分数未高于42%,研究法辛烷值未低于95。With the impact of inferior raw material oil properties,in order to meet the needs of the times,optimizeing product structure,increaseing high value-added product output,improveing device operation efficiency,and flexibly adjusting catalyst performance to improve product distribution has become the mainstream of the refining industry.Based on the catalytic cracking reaction characteristics of heavy oil raw materials,Shanghai Nako Additives Co.,Ltd.developed a dedicated catalyst DCA-100D for increasing gasoline production,which was industrially applied in the MCP unit of Yangzhou Petrochemical.The trial results showed that using atmospheric residue from Jiangsu Oilfield as raw material,compared with the blank standard,the gasoline yield was 34.61%,with the highest reaching over 36%,the propylene yield was 13.73%,increasing by 0.64%and 0.19%respectively,and the diesel yield was reduced by 0.52%,The volume fraction of olefins in gasoline was not higher than 42%,and the research octane number was not lower than 95.
