摘 要:综合实验教学能够提升学生综合实践能力和创新思维能力,是本科实验教学中非常重要的课程。以Cu基、Ni基、Co基非贵金属催化剂的制备、表征,以及在γ-戊内酯加氢反应中的催化性能为主要内容设计了一个化学工程与工艺专业本科教学的开放性综合实验。实验所用的原料γ-戊内酯是一种用途广泛的生物质基化学品,在该实验中,通过氢解反应将γ-戊内酯转化成为一种重要的化工原料1,4-戊二醇,因此该实验可以强化学生的绿色化学思想和环保意识,深化学生的绿色化学认知,增强学生绿色化学研发意识。同时,该实验可以培养学生分析问题和解决问题的综合能力,提升学生的自主能动性。Comprehensive experimental teaching can effectively enhance students'comprehensive practical and innovative thinking abilities,and it is a very important course in undergraduate experimental teaching.The preparation,characterization and activity of Cu-,Ni-,and Co-based catalysts in the hydrogenation ofγ-valerolactone were taken as the main contents to design a comprehensive experiment for undergraduate teaching of Chemical Engineering and Technology major.In this experiment,γ-valerolactone,which was a widely used biomass-based chemical,was used as the raw material,and 1,4-pentanediol,which was an important chemical raw material,was synthesized through the hydrogenation ofγ-valerolactone.Therefore,this experiment can strengthen students'green chemistry thinking and environmental awareness,and deepen their understanding of green chemistry.Meanwhile,this experiment can cultivate students'comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems,and enhance students'autonomy.
