摘　　要：目的探究适龄女性接种人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗后再感染可能的影响因素。方法选择预防接种HPV疫苗的适龄女性977例为研究对象,收集其基本信息、HPV感染情况。接种疫苗后随访3年,采用Cox比例风险模型分析接种HPV疫苗后再感染可能的影响因素。结果977例适龄女性中有90例(9.21%)接种疫苗后HPV检测为阳性。适龄女性接种HPV疫苗后,HPV感染率随检测年份呈现上升趋势(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析表明,年龄偏大、多性伴和疫苗接种前感染高危型HPV是疫苗接种后再感染的危险因素,初次性行为年龄晚是疫苗接种后再感染的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄偏大、多性伴和疫苗接种前感染高危型HPV是疫苗接种后再感染的危险因素,初次性行为年龄晚是疫苗接种后再感染的保护因素。Aim To explore the possible influencing factors of reinfection after human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccination in women of appropriate age.Methods 977 women of appropriate age who received HPV vaccination were used as subjects,and their basic information and HPV infection rate were collected.These women were followed up for 3 years,and Cox proportional risk model was used to analyze the possible influencing factors of reinfection after HPV vaccination.Results Among 977 women of appropriate age,90(9.21)cases were positive for HPV after vaccination.The positive rate of HPV,the positive rate of vaccine and the infection rate of high-risk type of vaccine showed an increasing trend with years(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that older age,multiple sexual partners and pre-vaccination infection of high-risk HPV were risk factors for post-vaccination reinfection,and late age of first sexual intercourse was a protective factor for post-vaccination reinfection(P<0.05).Conclusion Older age,multiple sexual partners and pre-vaccination infection of high-risk HPV are risk factors for post-vaccination reinfection,and late age of first sexual intercourse is protective factor for post-vaccination reinfection.
