摘 要:外部拘束作为一种灵活方便的控制结构焊接变形的方法,在工程实践中得到了广泛应用。以5 mm厚高强钢板架结构为主要研究对象,首先针对典型的T型接头及其板架结构进行焊接试验,获得焊接面外变形,再现了焊接屈曲变形现象;随后使用热-弹-塑性有限元方法对T型接头及板架结构进行模拟验证,分析了板架结构焊接屈曲变形产生的力学机理;研究压条拘束距离对T型接头焊接失稳变形,以及压条拘束分布形式、拘束距离等对板架结构焊接失稳变形的影响规律,并基于固有变形理论阐明外部拘束控制其焊接失稳变形的力学机理。结果表明,外部拘束的存在能有效控制T型接头、板架结构的焊接失稳变形;在力学机理上,外部拘束能够显著地降低焊接固有变形,进而减小薄板焊接结构的面外变形,提高建造精度。相关研究可为薄板焊接失稳变形控制提供理论依据,且优化外部拘束的施加方案。As a flexible and convenient method to control structural welding deformation,external constraint has been widely used in engineering practice.With stiffened structure of 5 mm thickness plate as the main research object,the welding experiments of typical T-joint and corresponding stiffened plate structure were both carried out beforehand,and out-of-plane deformations were observed to represent the welding buckling behavior.Then,the thermal-elastic-plastic finite element method was used to simulate and verify the T-joint and stiffened plate structure,and mechanical mechanism of welding buckling generation was also clarified.The influence of the constraint distance on the buckling distortion of T-joint,as well as the influence of the constraint distribution form and the constraint distance on the welding buckling distortion of stiffened plate structure was studied,and the mechanism of the buckling distortion controlled by external constraint was discussed based on the theory of inherent deformation.The results show that the existence of external constraint can effectively control the welding buckling distortion of T-joint and stiffened plate structure;with mechanical mechanism,the external constraint can significantly reduce the welding inherent deformation,and decrease the magnitude of out-of-plane welding distortion of thin plate welded structure and improve fabrication accuracy.Investigation results can be considered as theoretical basis for welding buckling mitigation of thin plate fabrication,and optimize application strategy of external constraint.
