摘 要:镍基合金是一种典型的高温合金材料,具有硬度高、热稳定性好、耐磨性好等特点,被广泛应用于航空、汽车发动机、工业零部件的表面强化。采用等离子喷涂技术在ZL109铝合金表面制备Ni60合金涂层,并对其在不同温度(T=25℃、100℃和350℃)下的摩擦学性能进行了评价。采用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(Scanning electron microscopy,SEM)和能谱仪(Energy dispersive spectroscopy,EDS)对不同喷涂距离(D=100 mm、110 mm和120 mm)制备的Ni60合金涂层进行了物相分析和微观形貌表征。结果表明:随着喷涂距离的增加,气孔、微裂纹等缺陷逐渐减少;孔隙率由2.2%降至0.76%,分形维数由1.83降至1.57;粉末和涂层的元素组成(Ni、Fe、Cr、Si、C、B)和相组成(Ni_(3)Fe、Cr_(23)C_(6)和Cr_(7)C_(3))基本相同;喷涂后涂层的显微硬度约为基体的5倍。当D=120 mm时,涂层的显微硬度和结合强度最高,分别为804 HV0.1和26 MPa±2 MPa。稳定阶段涂层的摩擦因数随温度的升高而减小,变化范围在0.1~0.2之间。随着摩擦温度的升高,涂层磨痕的宽度、深度和体积逐渐增大。Nickel-based alloy is a typical superalloy material,with high hardness,good thermal stability,good wear resistance and other characteristics.It is widely used in the surface strengthening of aviation,automotive engines and industrial parts.Ni60 alloy coating was prepared on the surface of ZL109 aluminum alloy by plasma spraying technology,and its tribological properties were evaluated at different temperatures(T=25℃,100℃and 350℃).The Ni60 alloy coatings prepared at different spray distances(D=100 mm,110 mm and 120 mm)were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that with the increase of spraying distance,the defects such as pores and micro-cracks decrease gradually.The porosity decreased from 2.2%to 0.76%,and the fractal dimension decreased from 1.83 to1.57.The elemental composition(Ni,Fe,Cr,Si,C,B)and phase composition(Ni_(3)Fe,Cr_(23)C_(6)and Cr_(7)C_(3))of powder and coating are basically the same.The microhardness of the coating after spraying is about 5 times that of the substrate.When D=120 mm,the microhardness and bonding strength of the coating are the highest,which are 804 HV0.1 and 26 MPa±2 MPa,respectively.At the stable stage,the friction coefficient of the coating decreases with the increase of temperature,and the change range is between 0.1 and 0.2.With the increase of friction temperature,the width,depth and volume wear rate of the coating increase gradually.
