摘 要:水润滑轴承在低速、重载条件下易产生摩擦振动噪声,影响舰船乘坐舒适性及声隐身性能。为此,设计了一种双衬层轴承结构,可实现水润滑轴承增载降阻、缓振减噪性能的突破。针对典型工况下夹心衬层结构轴承,构建流固声双向流固耦合动力学模型,分析考虑空化效应和声辐射影响的轴承润滑性能,研究不同材料组合下轴承流固声特性及声辐射规律,探明转速和偏心率对变形、应力以及出现空化效应临界转速等参数的影响规律。研究结果表明夹心轴承声学性能与夹心衬层材料组合密切相关,对该类轴承设计研发及国产化具有重要意义。Under low speeds and heavy loads,water lubricated bearings are easy to produce friction-vibration noise,which affects the comfort and acoustic stealth performance of ships.A double liner bearing structure is designed,which can achieve a breakthrough in the performance of load increase,drag reduction,vibration reduction and noise reduction of water lubricated bearings.Aiming at the bearing with sandwich liner structure under typical working conditions,the fluid-structure-acoustic two-way fluid-structure interaction dynamic model is constructed.The bearing lubrication performances considering cavitation effect and sound radiation are analyzed.The fluid-structure-acoustic characteristics and sound radiation laws of the sandwich bearing with different material combinations are investigated.The laws of rotating speed and eccentricity on deformation,stress and critical rotating speed with cavitation effect are proved.The results show that the acoustic performances of the bearing are closely related to the liner material combinations,which is of great significance to the design,development and localization of the bearing.
