摘 要:为了提高水电站运行效率和故障诊断能力,文章基于大数据分析,设计了水电站自动化运行维护与故障诊断系统。分析了水电站的主要数据来源,并设计了高效的数据采集与预处理方案。通过选择合适的数据分析框架和挖掘算法,构建了运行状态预测模型,并开发了多种故障诊断算法。系统在水电站中的应用表明,其可有效提升运行效率和故障诊断精度。In order to improve the operational efficiency and fault diagnosis capability of hydropower stations,this paper designs and implements an automated operation,maintenance,and fault diagnosis system for hydropower stations based on big data analysis.Firstly,the main data sources of the hydropower station were analyzed,and an efficient data collection and preprocessing plan was designed.Subsequently,by selecting appropriate data analysis frameworks and mining algorithms,a running state prediction model was constructed,and various fault diagnosis algorithms were developed.The application of the system in actual hydropower stations shows that it can effectively improve operational efficiency and fault diagnosis accuracy,in order to provide technical support.
