摘  要:目前扬子石油化工有限公司塑料厂EVA装置已经完成UE2825D-V牌号产品的生产,但在生产过程中发现脱气风送单元存在需要优化的部分。其中,因EVA粒子的高粘度、高粉尘特性造成了低料位开关误动作,风机切换时出现了脱气风量低流量联锁。文章针对上述两个问题,结合原有逻辑,提出了一些优化思路。Currently,the EVA unit of Yangzi Petrochemical Plastic Plant has completed the production of UE2825D-V grade products,but it has been found that there are some parts of the degassing air supply unit that need to be optimized during the production process.Due to the high viscosity and high dust content of EVA particles,the low material level switch may malfunction,and there may also be a low flow interlock for degassing air volume during fan switching.This article proposes some optimization ideas based on the existing logic to address the above two issues.
