摘　　要：文章对水泥机械设备运行管理和维护的重要性进行分析,讨论了水泥机械设备可靠性运行管理要点,内容包括做好设备选型工作,加强设备科学配置、设备运行前调试、设备运行状态监测,做好设备故障诊断等,研究了拟定维护管理计划、加强人员技能培养和设备维护工具准备、加强维护记录管理、做好应急管理工作等水泥机械设备维护管理要点,目的在于积累设备运行管理和维护经验,延长水泥机械设备的使用寿命。In the research activities of this paper,The importance of operation management and maintenance of cement machinery equipment by review method,The key points of reliability operation management of cement machinery and equipment are discussed,The contents include good equipment selection work,strengthening the scientific configuration of equipment,equipment debugging before operation,equipment operation status supervision,good equipment fault diagnosis,etc,Studied the formulation of maintenance management plan,strengthen personnel skills training,equipment maintenance tool preparation,strengthen maintenance record management,emergency management and other cement mechanical equipment maintenance management points,Its purpose is to accumulate experience in equipment operation management and maintenance,Protended the service life of cement machinery.
