摘　　要：近年来,炼钢厂连铸机电气自动化程度越来越高,但由于电气系统的复杂性和工作环境的恶劣性,导致系统故障时有发生,给炼钢生产带来了严重的影响,直接影响到炼钢厂的工作效率,所以必须做好连铸机电气系统的故障诊断与维护。文章分析了炼钢厂连铸机电气系统的结构与故障原理,探讨了其故障诊断与维护方法,以期为相关人员提供参考。In recent years,the electrical automation level of continuous casting machines in steel plants has been increasing.However,due to the complexity of the electrical system and the harsh working environment,system failures occur from time to time,which has a serious impact on steelmaking production and directly affects the work efficiency of steel plants.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in fault diagnosis and maintenance of the electrical system of continuous casting machines.The article analyzes the structure and fault principle of the electrical system of the continuous casting machine in the steelmaking plant,and explores its fault diagnosis and maintenance methods,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
