摘 要:重庆四跑道空管项目新建的主备塔台自动化系统与现有DCL系统单一信号源存在兼容性挑战。文章介绍了一种双链路连接方案,旨在解决主备塔台自动化系统间手动切换DCL放行链路的低效率和高风险问题。通过实施自动切换机制,该方案不仅提高了主备系统间切换的效率,还优化了操作流程,增强了系统的可靠性与灵活性。现场模拟测试已成功验证了该方案的可行性,预期该方案在实际布署后,将提升塔台自动化系统的运行效率,并有助于确保航班的正常性,为类似空管项目的技术升级提供了有价值的经验和参考。In the context of the Chongqing four runway air traffic control project,the newly built main and backup tower automation system faces compatibility challenges with the existing digital clearance(DCL)system's single signal source.This article introduces a dual link connection scheme aimed at solving the low efficiency and high risk issues of manually switching DCL release links between the main and backup tower automation systems.By implementing an automatic switching mechanism,this solution not only improves the efficiency of switching between the primary and backup systems,but also optimizes the operation process,enhancing the reliability and flexibility of the system.The feasibility of the proposed solution has been successfully verified through on-site simulation testing.It is expected that after actual deployment,the solution will improve the operational efficiency of the tower automation system and help ensure the normal operation of flights,providing valuable experience and reference for technical upgrades of similar air traffic control projects.
