摘 要:随着全球化贸易的不断扩展,港口作为海运物流的关键节点,其作业效率对整个供应链的运作速度和成本具有决定性影响。文章以钦州自动化集装箱码头为例,探讨了自动化码头堆场装卸作业效率的优化问题,重点讨论了自动化设备运行水平与状态、装卸作业流程及生产业务流程对作业效率的影响,列举了钦州自动化集装箱码头实施的堆场装卸效率提升的优化项目及取得的一系列成果。旨在提供理论指导和实践建议,推动堆场的技术进步和效率提升。With the continuous expansion of global trade,the operation efficiency of port,as the key node of maritime logistics,has a decisive impact on the operation speed and cost of the entire supply chain.Taking Qinzhou Automated Container Terminal as an example,this paper discusses the optimization of the loading and unloading efficiency of the automated terminal yard,focuses on the impact of the operating level and state of the automated equipment,the loading and unloading process and the production business process on the operational efficiency,and lists the optimization projects and a series of achievements of the storage yard loading and unloading efficiency improvement implemented in Qinzhou automated container Terminal.It aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical suggestions to promote the technical progress and efficiency improvement of the storage yard.
