摘  要:电气设备试验的工作涉及高电压、大电流及作业环境等方面,是一项危险性较高的工作,试验过程中必须要做好人员的监护,确保试验期间无相关人员进入试验区域,保障他人的人身安全。为了减少监护人员投入、提高监护工作的响应速度以及提高监护的可靠性,文章研发出一套智能电子围栏警报装置,代替了传统的专人监护,装置由控制主机、光栅、红外探测装置、声光报警系统及无线通讯模块组成,可以形式一个封闭式的无线通讯电子围栏,与传统的围栏相比,保护范围更广,响应迅速,无死角且摆放方便。装置同时兼备报警功能与超越报警跳闸功能,从预防和保护两方面进行试验期间的现场监护,可保证监护的可靠性。The work of electrical equipment testing involves high voltage,high current,and working environment,which is a high-risk task.Moreover,the testing site is mostly conducted in public places,so it is necessary to supervise personnel during the testing process to ensure that unrelated personnel enter the testing area during the testing period and protect the personal safety of others.In order to reduce the investment of monitoring personnel,improve the response speed of monitoring work,and enhance the reliability of monitoring,the author has developed an intelligent electronic fence alarm device,which replaces traditional dedicated monitoring.The device consists of a control host,grating and infrared detection device,sound and light alarm system,and wireless communication module.It can form a closed wireless communication electronic fence,with a wider protection range,faster response,no dead corners,and convenient placement compared to traditional fences.The device has both alarm function and over alarm tripping function,and provides on-site monitoring during the test period from both prevention and protection aspects to ensure the reliability of monitoring.
