摘　　要：西门子SIMATIC PCS7过程控制系统是面向工业过程的分布式的全集成控制系统,其综合了DCS、PLC及现场总线技术,广泛应用于电厂、钢铁、化工、造纸等行业,而且可以实现控制系统的冗余。文章介绍了SIMATIC PCS7过程控制系统的特点,结合天脊煤化工集团股份有限公司仪表空气装置实际详细描述了该控制系统的硬件结构、网络结构、硬件安装与组态、控制回路和联锁回路组态,以及工作站控制功能和抗干扰功能的设计与实现,为类似项目组态提供参考。Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 process control system is a distributed and fully integrated control system for industrial processes,which integrates DCS,PLC and fieldbus technology,widely used in power plants,steel,chemical,paper and other industries,and can realize the redundancy of the control system.This paper introduces the characteristics of SIMATIC PCS7 process control system,and describes in detail the hardware structure,network structure,hardware installation and configuration,control loop and interlock loop configuration,as well as the design and implementation of workstation control function and anti-interference function,combined with the actual instrument air device of Tianji Coal Chemical Group Co.,LTD.This paper provides reference for similar project configurations.
