布地格福吸入气雾剂联合汉防己甲素片治疗矽肺的效果

摘　　要：目的分析矽肺患者采取布地格福吸入气雾剂+汉防己甲素片治疗对患者病情的影响。方法选取2021年1月~2023年12月接诊的100例矽肺患者作为研究对象,基于随机抽签法分对照组、观察组,两组患者入院后均常规抗炎、平喘及止咳干预,对照组采取汉防己甲素片治疗,观察组采取布地格福吸入气雾剂+汉防己甲素片治疗。评价两组病患临床疗效、肺部通气状态、不良反应。结果治疗前,两组肺部功能差异相比小(p>0.05);经治疗,观察组肺部功能改善比对照组好,总体有效率高于对照组,(p<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论针对矽肺患者采取布地格福吸入气雾剂+汉防己甲素片治疗可改善患者肺部功能,减轻矽肺病症,该联合疗法具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of budegfort inhalation aerosol combined with tetrandrine tablets on the condition of patients with silicosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with silicosis who were admitted from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group based on a random lottery method.Both groups received conventional anti-inflammatory,asthma,and cough-suppressing interventions after admission.The control group was treated with tetrandrine tablets,while the observation group was treated with budegfort inhalation aerosol plus tetrandrine tablets.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary ventilation status,and adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups.Results Before treatment,there was little difference in lung function between the two groups(p>0.05);after treatment,the observation group showed better improvement in lung function than the control group,with a higher overall effective rate,p<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with budegfort inhalation aerosol plus tetrandrine tablets for patients with silicosis can improve lung function and alleviate the symptoms of silicosis.This combined therapy has clinical application value.
