摘 要:研究基于全面质量管理理论(TQM),旨在优化矿业工程研究生学位论文的审阅要点与专审办法,以提升论文质量管理水平。通过问卷和访谈调研,探明了论文审阅中专家关注的诸多重点,如既要重视研究合理性(如技术路线、关键技术等),也要重视论文撰写本身是否能准确反映研究内容和研究逻辑。基于PDCA循环,改进了论文审阅要点,主要补充了明晰选题范围、重视行文结构合理性等要点;改进了专审办法,主要有强化审阅人职能和责任,快速审阅和详细审阅相结合,强调全面质量管理中目标导向和全员、全过程参与理念。从2023年6月外审结果看,全日制研究生通过率100%,实践结果良好,未来将持续改进审阅要点和专审办法。This study is based on the theory of Total Quality Management(TQM)and aims to optimize the review points and specialized review methods for graduate theses in mining engineering,thereby enhancing the quality management level of the theses.Through surveys and interviews,it identifies key areas of focus for experts during the thesis review process,emphasizing the importance of research rationality(such as technical routes and key technologies),as well as the necessity for the writing itself to accurately reflect the research content and logic.Using the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle,the study improves the review points by clarifying the scope of topics and emphasizing the rationality of the writing structure and improves the special review method,mainly by strengthening the functions and responsibilities of reviewers,combining rapid review with detailed review,emphasizing the goal orientation and the concept of full staff and full process participation in total quality management.According to the results of the external review in June 2023,the pass rate of full-time graduate students is 100%,and the practical results are good.In the future,we will continue to improve the key points and specialized review methods.
