摘  要:思政教育是高校专业课程教学改革中不可或缺的一部分。以新药开发概论专业课程为例,探讨医药学类专业课程教学过程中开展“三全育人”的实现方法和路径。主要从专业知识与思政元素的设计与融合、思政元素的导入与特色等角度,对“新药开发概论”课程思政元素和育人资源进行了深入挖掘和系统梳理。将知识传授、能力培养与价值引领相结合,寓教于学,充分强化教书育人中的育人作用,让专业知识承载更多的社会责任和价值引领作用,实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一。Ideological and political education is an indispensable part of the teaching reform of professional courses in universities.Taking the course of New Drug Development Introduction as an example,this article explores the implementation methods and paths of“Three Comprehensive Education”in the teaching process of medical and pharmaceutical courses.Mainly from the perspectives of the design and integration of professional knowledge and ideological&political elements,as well as the introduction and characteristics of ideological&political elements,the ideological&political elements and educational resources of the New Drug Development Introduction course have been deeply explored and systematically sorted out.Combining knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,and value guidance,integrating teaching into learning and fully strengthening the educational role of teaching allow professional knowledge to carry more social responsibility and value guidance,and achieve the organic unity of knowledge transmission and value shaping.
