摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出,实施就业优先战略。高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,对大学生的人生观、价值观的塑造都会产生深远影响,高校如何在“稳就业”“保就业”的基础上促进学生更高质量就业,亟待探索。通过研究促进大学生更高质量就业的重要意义,利用PEST模型分析何为高校毕业生更高质量就业,从强化就业育人实效、加强职业发展教育和就业指导、加强重点群体就业帮扶援助、选树推广就业创业工作典型等四个部分论述如何促进高校毕业生更充分、更高质量就业。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed the implementation of an employment priority strategy.As universities serve as crucial institutions for talent development,they have a profound impact on shaping the outlooks and values of college students.Exploring how universities can promote higher-quality employment among students on the basis of“stable employment”and“employment security”is of urgent importance.This article analyzes the significance of promoting higher-quality employment for college students and utilizes the PEST model to analyze what constitutes higher-quality employment for university graduates.It discusses how to promote more comprehensive and higher-quality employment for college graduates in four main areas:strengthening the effectiveness of employment-oriented education,enhancing career development education and employment guidance,strengthening employment assistance for key groups,and selecting and promoting exemplary work in employment and entrepreneurship.
